Introduction
In our first meeting, we listen to you. This is the time we get to know each other. We learn about you, your values, financial goals, priorities, and risk preferences. We will also establish what your expectations are for us, and if an ongoing partnership is the right fit. From this point, we agree upon the scope of the services we can provide.
-
Discovery
Next, we will take a deeper dive into your situation. We need to collect quantitative information about your assets, liabilities, income, and expenses. You will also be asked to complete and discuss a risk tolerance questionnaire. We will review your existing investments and will go over your attitudes towards planning to select and prioritize goals.
-
Planning
Based on our discussions and the data gathered during our prior meetings, we will assess your current situation in terms of investments, retirement planning, estate planning, and risk management. The objective is to determine whether you are on track to meet your goals. We will deliver an easy-to-follow roadmap that will guide you towards your financial goals. The plan will address the areas that are most important to you and will include a proposed asset allocation designed to maximize the potential of meeting your objectives.
-
Execution
At this stage, we confirm the proposed plan with you and agree on an appropriate timeline for its implementation. We will be in constant communication with you in order to coordinate responsibilities for the implementation. Once all pieces are in place, we will execute the agreed upon portfolio.
-
Monitoring and Ongoing Support
This stage lasts for as long as you are our client. We will monitor the performance of your portfolio and the progress towards your financial goals, and review those with you periodically. As we go along the way, if your goals change and warrant any change to the plan we will make the adjustments accordingly. We are also here for you to offer support and education as needed.
